Public Offer Agreement

1. General Provisions

FEIARY (hereinafter "the Contractor") offers any legally capable individual (hereinafter "the Customer") to enter into a contract for the manufacture of custom handmade goods under the terms of this public offer.

Acceptance of this offer occurs upon any of the following actions: placing an order via the website configurator, submitting a request by email or Telegram, or making a deposit payment.

2. Subject Matter

The Contractor undertakes to produce and deliver to the Customer a custom leather bag with individual artwork in accordance with the order parameters agreed by the parties.

3. Price and Payment

The price is determined individually and agreed upon before the order is accepted.

Payment is made as follows: 50% deposit upon order confirmation; remaining balance before shipment of the finished item.

Accepted payment methods: bank transfer or other methods agreed with the Contractor.

4. Production Timeline

The production timeline is agreed individually and depends on the complexity of the order and current workload. The estimated timeline is 14 to 45 business days from the date of agreement and receipt of the deposit.

The Contractor will notify the Customer of readiness via email or Telegram.

5. Delivery

Delivery is carried out by courier services as agreed with the Customer. Delivery costs are borne by the Customer.

Risk of accidental loss or damage passes to the Customer upon handover to the courier service.

6. Returns and Claims

Due to the custom nature of each item, returns or exchanges for reasons unrelated to manufacturing defects are not accepted.

If defects caused by the Contractor are discovered, the Customer may within 14 days of receipt submit a claim to: order@feiary.site. The Contractor will review the claim and propose a resolution.

7. Liability

The parties are released from liability for failure to perform obligations due to force majeure circumstances.

The Contractor is not liable for delivery delays caused by the courier service.

8. Governing Law

This agreement is governed by the laws of the Russian Federation. All disputes shall first be resolved by negotiation, and if no agreement is reached, in a court of general jurisdiction at the Contractor's location.
